All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, however, public holidays and busy seasonal periods may affect these times. For busy trade period please allow for up to 5 days for dispatch. 

All orders are sent with a tracking number for you to check to status of your PAPERSELF goodies!

International

Where possible, all orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. Orders sent via this method will be assigned a tracking number so the progress of the parcel can be followed online.

Please note that all orders will be sent from the UK, delivery times particularly during busy seasonal periods may be slower than usual.  Please use the tracking number provided with your order to check the status.

All international orders sent to countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges. We accept no responsibility for these – please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

Often attempted delivery by your postal courier won't result in a card being left. We always advise to check with your local post office or specific courier to ensure the parcel isn't waiting on you.
